About the role

As warehouse IT specialist, you will have accountability to help us maintain networks, security camera system, badge system, alarm system, printers, desktops & laptops and IT assets. A successful candidate should have some experience in IT project coordination and a solid technical background, together with good organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain IT infrastructure in terms of WAN/LAN network, Access Point, MDF/IDF, video conference, security camera, warehouse badge/alarm system etc.
  • Provide daily IT support for warehouse operations, including network, desktop/server, barcode & Wi-Fi printer, scanner, touch screen, PDA, UPS, other IT equipment and warehouse management system, etc.
  • Maintain all IT equipment in good working condition.
  • Install, configure & troubleshoot desktop/PC operating system, hardware, software and app, video conference, printer, etc., and support employee onboard/offboard.
  • Manage IT equipment inventory, IT assets and user access privilege.
  • Build and maintain warehouse automation system related IT server, storage and applications if needed.
  • Write SOP, user manual documents, provide IT training to end users.
  • Local implementation of HQ projects.
  • Other projects or tasks assigned by warehouse Operations Manager/Director.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support.
  • Excellent network skills such as managing IT server room, network switch/firewall.
  • Experienced computer troubleshooting skills (windows 10, mac OS & Linux OS).
  • Possess good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Well known security camera system & badge system.
  • Nimble and patient with good communication skills.
  • Warehouse related IT support experience is preferred.

Compensation Range

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000- $78,000
  • This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and benefits
  • Our salary contents are determined by role, level, and location
